Leadership

Bruno Leblanc, LL.M.

Bruno Leblanc is President and Founder of Audi Partem. He brings over 25 years of experience in government relations and public affairs, as well as strategic analysis and executive advisory in complex decision-making environments, developed within leading organizations and top-tier consulting firms.

He began his career in the financial sector, holding senior roles at Desjardins and Scotiabank. He then spent nearly a decade as a journalist before serving as Quebec Director of the Canadian Federation of Independent Business, a role he held for close to five years at the center of key economic and institutional issues affecting businesses.

An experienced strategist, he has advised senior executives across major Canadian organizations, notably as Vice President at Teneo. He has also supported prominent business leaders in navigating complex and sensitive situations requiring a high level of judgment and discretion.

At Audi Partem, he works directly with executives on critical decisions involving political, regulatory and reputational dynamics, structuring analysis and ensuring decision coherence in contexts marked by uncertainty.

Bruno Leblanc holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Université Laval and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the Université du Québec à Montréal.
